The marine environment is a wide resource of natural products including polysaccharides, oligosaccharides, proteins, phenolic compounds, etc. Marine-derived polysaccharides particularly from the seaweeds are becoming a prime source for enhancing the immunity of aquaculture as well as the human nature in combating COVID-19.
